Shipping & Delivery
◆ Delivery Time = 4 - 5 business days processing time + Shipping time. You could get the shipping option Carrier with shipping rate and delivery time when you check out. ◆ If you selected free shipping, please allow sufficient time with free shipping option if you need your order for events on specific date. ◆ Tracking link of your shipment will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped. ◆ You could cancel your order before we ship out your order. We do not ship orders on Sunday, or Holidays. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
You have 3 options when returning: 1. Cancellation & Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method. Cancellation must be requested within 15 days from the day your order delivered to be eligible for a refund. Refund will be initiated to original payment mode within 3 days once the product is received at our warehouse. You will receive payment as per payment bank process timelines. You will need to pay for your return cost for your return. But, there are 2 more alternatives: 2. Exchange: Love it, but need a different size, color, or pattern? No problem! Exchange requests must be received within 15 days of the original shipment date. We will ship the exchanged item to you for free once you update your return tracking number. 3. Store Credit: We're sorry your order didn't work out, so let us make things right. If your return arrives back to us within 15 days of your shipping date, you can receive a store credit for the amount of your return, credit you can use toward finding something else you'll love. Returns can receive store credit for up to 20 days of the original shipment date.
